Return Policy
WelshSpirit Coffee Company strives to consistently provide quality products at competitive prices. Occasionally there may be a need to return product. When this is necessary, and with prior approval, WelshSpirit Coffee Company will gladly replace your product with another product of equal value provided you have carefully followed the return instructions provided below. Returned food products will not be resold and are therefore of no value to us except in determining root cause of any problems. At our discretion, we may decide that returning the product is not necessary, however, you will need to contact us to discuss the specific issues.
Return Instructions
Contact WelshSpirit Coffee Company within five (5) business days of receiving your shipment. Send a detailed email explaining the problem to:

All returned product must be shipped freight prepaid and must be carefully packed in a secure box. You shipping cost for returned product will be reimbursed as a discount on shipment of replacement product.
Please allow ten (10) business days for receipt of replacement product. Requests for expedited shipping may be charged extra.
Be assured that we are diligent about providing only quality products and these problems rarely happen. In fact in 10 years we have only had 2 returned products. But, they tell me we must have a Return Policy posted on the web site. So it shall be and on we go.
